LEADERSHIP AND EXCELLENCE come in many forms and during the Annual AMTA Leadership Conference and AGM in Kananaskis this past April, the Association recognized five individuals for their exceptional contributions to the commercial transportation industry.

Milestones where recognized within the categories of Safety Person of the Year, Alberta Driver of the Year, AMTA Historical Award, Service to the Industry Award and Associate Trades Award.
The winners of these awards represent commitment, hard work and stewardship in transportation. Each working within different capacities, at various stages of their careers and for companies of varying size and service offering, yet they are all driven by a common principle – EXCELLENCE.
