This summer, Mullen Group Ltd. announced the closings of a pair of acquisitions: AECOM’s Canadian Industrial Services Division (ISD) and Canadian Hydrovac Ltd. (CHL). AECOM ISD operates primarily within the heavy oil and oil sands areas of Alberta, while CHL services midstream, pipleline, construction, and municipal sectors in BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan.
