National Trucking Week a huge success in Manitoba
MTA and RPM staff took part in this year’s successful National Trucking week celebrations, which included the VMC golf tournament, BBQ at the Headingley weigh station and the United Way truck pull at Assiniboine Park. The BBQ at the Headingley weigh station provided hotdogs, chips, drinks and a swag bag to all drivers from 10am to 2pm.

With over 350 attendees at the 2018 MTA Fall Awards Gala on November 2, the event celebrated the best of the trucking industry. Three new members were inducted into the MTA Pioneers’ Club: Cheryl Black (Bison Transport Inc.), Rod Miron (Big Freight Systems Inc.), and Rob Cooper (Big Freight Systems Inc).
