Nine individuals were recognized for their storied contributions to Alberta’s commercial transportation industry at the Alberta Motor Transport Association (AMTA) annual Awards Celebration on April 9, at the River Cree Resort and Casino. 

Opening remarks for the Awards Celebration were provided by Alberta Deputy Premier and Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Services, Mike Ellis. “AMTA remains, of course, a strong advocate for commercial transportation through programming and partnerships,” he said.
